A therapist says “what are the traumas that have stopped you from being your authentic self”.
The Holistic Life Coach says “where are you now and what are the traumas that have held you back? I’ll help you release them AND get you to where you want to be through a personalised plan and support along the way”.
This is done by simultaneously addressing the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual body systems. As they are all interconnected and effect one another, finding balance in each system will support and enhance overall wellbeing.
